FRIENDS FOREVER ROX!
I was freaking out as I snapped these photos in the streets of Boston/Jamaica Plain, MA on Thursday - September 23, 2004.
Rock muzak just doesn't get any better than this, not to mention the kool lights, fireworks and snappy outfits..... woweeeeee.
Look at the photos of all those smiling faces in the crowd of fans as they listen to sounds and get zoned out by the spectacle. All three human friends are super-duper tip top terrific, but "Generator" is my fave member of the band, although it is purty darn loud without a microphone, I wish they would mike "Generator" up and crank it and loop it for the live dub remix factor.
Really luved the DVD of FILM from earlier tour.
Sure, Friends' TV Star "Ross" is quite handy on his sampling keyboard and the Smelly Cat "Phoebe" tune is mighty catchy, but just don't even come close to the pride of Colorado and legends beyond myth, the almighty one and only FRIENDS FOREVER.
Forget The Monkees, move over Spinal Tap, The Partridge Family is long gone history and The Ringling Brothers/Barnum/Bailey Circus wish they could be half this brilliant Anyone with half a brain can see and hear that no one can touch the anti-genius of Friends Forever.
Friends Forever are true rock godz.
THANX FOR THE THRILLS ----> BTM
